We are thrilled to announce that FAH has partnered with the Nakuru County Department of Health, to help streamline resources towards the provision of community health services. FAH will support the county and work together with other existing partners to develop a strategic plan for the Community Health Service program.
The initial partnership, expected to run up to 2023, will go a long way towards ensuring equitable access to quality and efficient healthcare services.
