Africa Frontline First Initiative (AFF)

AFF is a collaborative initiative between the Financing Alliance for Health, Community Health Impact Coalition, Last Mile Health, and the Community Health Acceleration Partnership under the championship of H.E. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf that will scale and strengthen integrated and sustainable community health service delivery across 10 Sub Saharan African countries by 2030.

Through unique partnerships among governments, donors, implementers, and technical allies, AFF will support the building of a high-functioning, resilient and country-led workforce of 200,000 community health workers, who will provide 100 million people with home-based health: reducing sickness and saving lives, preventing future pandemics, accelerating economic recovery and providing dignified work for women.
